I hope you are all having a

Good Day to All Subscribers of HaileysComet eZine,

There are going to be quite a few change shere at Haileys,
One of the main reasons for this is because of the webhost
manager that we are using, Email Spam filters and things like
that are not letting some of our members that really wanting
to read Haileys can not.

So for this time and until we get things lined out I will be using our
BLOG to post Haileys on.

There are many things that are going on at this time you should
really be aware of, On and offline. Online there is so much BS that
you dont know if you are coming or going all you know is that you
are spending your money on programs (Affiliates) that are not giving
you nothing in return am I right?

Well then the first thing you should do before you join ANYTHING,
Is research! and then more research, I know it sounds boreing and
you want to be able to get things going overnight but let me give you
a little tip, It does not happen that way and will not happen that way
as long as you are hard headed about it.

The internet bubble busted along time ago, Back somewhere
in the 80s and alot of people took advanage of it and alot did
not get in on time.But that dont mean that you can not make
it happen now! I spend my time at home not working for someone
else to get rich but for myself tomake the kind of money for the lifestyle
I want for me and my family. and you can do the verysame.

Alot of people call me the "Howard Stern" of publishing,
This is because I dont put up with anyones BS on what
needs to be done or how to do it. I have been publishing
online for almost10 years, Before that I was one of the
TOP 20 people in the USA that companys would call for
doing laser allinement,fiber optic scopeing or in other words
being a MillWright or Outsidemachinest, Durning this time
I found out thatI could make the same kind of income or more
online. It did not happen for me overnightbecause I researched
the Internet for over 13 months before I spent the first dollar!

Podcasting Through Your Blog

Podcasting is sharing audio or video information
through Rss syndications of your blog. People
subscribed to Rss feeds can download and listen
to your files on their personal audio or video players
such as mobile or personal computer.Famous Podcast
services are iTunes and CastPodder.

Videoblogging and Podcasting is the next big thing
at the moment and hold great potential to be money-spinner
in the near future.

Wordpress users can install the software and instantly
start podcasting. All you need to do is link your favorite
audio or video file in your post and wordpress will automatically
add this to your Rss feeds more specifically Rss 2 enclosure feeds,
available for subscribers.

There are many plugins available as well if you are not
satisfied with the default feature, such as WP-iPod Catter to
create valid feeds for iTunes podcast directory or SmartCast
TM from Feedburner.com.

Steps to create your own prodcast included the following.

1) Create a music of your choice with various
softwares such as wavepad for Windos or Audacity for Mac OS X.

2) Upload your music file (mp3 most often) on your server.

3) Create a post and add the link to your music file (URL).

4) Hit the Publish button and pray to god everything goes fine! This is called Podcasting.

5) Promote your blog and Rss feeds

If you are a regular podcaster, you can very well
create a new category through your admin specifically
for podcast so that every time you add a new post, you
can assign it to this category. This way all your posts will
be under a single category and it wil be easy to promote
this category’s Rss feed.

1. Smile. Your smile will bring out the best in people.
It brightens your face, and relaxes the person. A smile
tells people that you are friendly and available to talk.

2. Say something to get their attention. Ask about anything,
but let your question start with "what" or "why". That way,
you'll get an essay answer which gets them to talk. Example:
What brought you in today? or "What can I help you with?"
They can't answer the question with just a "yes" or "no".

3. Mirror their body language. With body language you can
immediately tell what kind of mood a person is in. Crossed
arms might indicate annoyance.

4. Make eye contact. The eyes give you a path to their soul.
You can get a feel of what they are thinking. Of course you
could be wrong but most people express their thoughts
through their eyes and body language.

5. Make expressive jester with your hands, your
eyes and your body. If you are tense, this will relieve
the tension and put you in a more relaxed state of mind.
People can tell when you're relaxed which allows them to relax also.

6. Know what you will say before the initial contact.
Knowing how you will approach someone removes
your tension and allows for an easy flow of conversation.
The main point is to get them to talk as you lead the conversation.

7. Use humor to keep the conversation light and flowing.
By focusing on the problem that your product fixes, you
can inject humor into the solution.

For example, if you're selling, a product that
saves money, you could say, "Well Mr. Customer,
with the extra cash you'll save with this product,
you could fly to Hawaii. Wouldn't that be fun?"
This will add a little humor, continue the flow of
your sales pitch and probably get a chuckle or positive response.
